NPSCol2Row is a general purpose Microsoft Access-VBA utility that converts “column-major” tables to “row-major” tables. The “column-major” input tables can be in Microsoft Access or Excel formats and the “row-major” output tables can be opened in Access, Excel, and/or ASCII formats.
