These Regional Datasets are spatial datasets representing the types of features generally found on basemaps, such as boundaries and trails. This version of the Regional Datasets have been filtered for inclusion in the official National Park Service basemap, Park Tiles. Included in this collection are the following datasets: Trail Centerlines Trail, path, walkway, and sidewalk centerlines Road Centerlines Road and street centerlines Parking Areas Parking area polygons Buildings Structure and buildings polygons Points of Interest Points of Interest features, such as visitor centers, restrooms, athletic fields, trailheads These Regional Datasets supply data for the National Capital Region into the National Park Service's National Datasets.
