Maps and spatial data supporting the public dissemination of information regarding a temporary closure of the area around the visitor center at Antietam National Battlefield scheduled for October 27-28, 2026. The closure includes Dunker Church Road from Sharpsburg Pike (Maryland Route 65) to the intersection with Starke Ave and Cornfield Ave. The detour route is Sharpsburg Pike from the intersection with the closed Dunker Church Rd to the intersection with Starke Ave. A temporary entrance station is shown at the intersection of Sharpsburg Pike and Starke Ave. Trails within the closure area are also closed.
