Park Species Detail: Uncommon, occurring in two vegetation classes at FOLA: 1) the needleandthread grass-yucca community, and 2) the ponderosa pine-little bluestem community. (Note: Heidel identifies this organism at FOLA as a variety [i.e., Vicia americana var. minor], while ITIS states that this is a synonym for the valid taxon which is Vicia americana ssp. minor.), Park Species Data Source: Collected by Bonnie Heidel (BH 2615) during a floristic inventory in 2004 (Heidel, 2004).
