N. officinale apparently considered as exotic (based on 1998 list of TAPR non-natives to Steve Cinnamon). IB's 2000 list with updated names lists it as Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum (considered native by Kartesz). Continued under Abundance notes.

Nasturtium officinale is split into: 1.Rorippa microphylla (considered introduced by Kartesz and USDA Plants) and 2. Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum (considered native by Kartesz and USDA. However, there is disagreement concerning R. n-a's nativity).
