Park Species Detail: Found in peaty and sandy bogs and shores. Panicum longifolium is now known as Panicum rigidulum var. pubescens. Panicum rigidulum is found in the Park along the Delaware River and is more common. Panicum longifolium is a species of special concern in Penna.
