A casual spring and fall migrant throughout the region. Two were at the South Rim Sewage Lagoons on 12 Apr 1979 (Timothy Manns), one was below Lees Ferry on 16 Apr 1976 (Steven W. Carothers) one was at Lees Ferry on 8 May 1965 (B. Hoffman), one was near Mount Dellenbaugh on 10 May 1976 (John G. Blake), and one was at Foremaster Tank near Mount Trumbull on 8 Sept 1967 (Meribeth M. Riffey). Data source: Gatlin, BP. 2011. (Chroicocephalus philadelphia) Bonaparte’s Gull is a casual spring and fall migrant throughout the region.
