From the sign for Andrews Bald restoration follow the main trail 60 meters to an eroded wide spot in the trail. To the left of the eroded spot in the trail is a large red spruce and a wedge shaped rock. From this point the #1 rebar is 26.3 meters at 288 degrees to the corner of hectare for the ATBI Plot. The rebar are only 3 to 4 inch tall above the soil. Some effort will be required to relocate the rebar in the tall grass.
