A rare and local summer resident along the Colorado River. Most records are from RM 194 to RM 204, but one or two pairs were at the campground at Supai in the 1980s and 1990s (Lawrence E. Stevens) and it has been seen as far upriver as RM 5.2 on 30 May 1999 (Timothy J. Tibbitts, Lawrence Abbot, Karen Barnett). Data source: Gatlin, BP. 2011. Flycatcher (Myiarchus tyrannulus) [*] Brown-crested Flycatcher is a rare and local summer resident along the Colorado River.
