Notes
Park Species Detail: Hill, 1986: Native. Shrub, or robust perennial herb. Flowers white, fruits green, immature. May-June. Hudsonia dunes, shrub succession, disturbed sands. Infrequent to locally frequent and widespread on the island. Infrequent in MD except along coast. Distinguished from #463 (Rubus argutus in ASIS herbarium) & #465 (Rubus flagellaris in ASIS herbarium) by its whitened leaf undersides, and moderate-size erect stems. (Higgins #228). Slide: B40-62./
