Occurrence Notes
Species not found during 2005 survey, but expected in park based on past surveys of adjacent areas, and suitability of habitat within the park. Taylor et al. cited a collection from Catoosa Wildlife Management Area on 18 June 1977 near Rockwood. The snake is adept at staying out of sight, but is found in abandoned fields and along trails in or near deciduous forests.; Data Source: Meade, L. 2005.
