A casual summer migrant at open water throughout the region, with only five records. One was at Lees Ferry on 5 Jun 1970 (Steven W. Carothers), one was at Foremaster Tank near Mount Trumbull on 15 Jun 1972 (Meribeth M. Riffey), one was at the South Rim Sewage Lagoons 21 Jul 1978 (Timothy Manns), one was on the North Rim 31 Jul 1951 (Harry and Ruth Crockett), and another was at the South Rim Sewage Lagoons on 21 Aug 1974 (Janet E.
