Park Species Detail: Hill, 1986: Native. Annual or biennial herb. Flowers yellow; leaves usually marked with red. May-July.Disturbed sands, shrub succession. Infrequent on the island, seen only from causeway to North Beach. Frequent on coastal plain of MD. Not reported by Higgins. MD only.
