Abundance Notes
Spring=unknown; Data Source: NYBBA web site (2004)
Although breeding confirmation validates the presence of this species during spring, relative spring abundance is unavailable as of 09/2004. Breeding confirmation for this species within the park is in an atlas block that includes part of the William Floyd Estate. The checklist used as the source for relative abundance does not include this species. It appears the checklist is for the barrier island only and therefore does not reflect the relative abundances for the William Floyd Estate.
