Park Species Detail: Checklist information (abundance, residence) updated 4/11/03 by professional judgement of Bruce Connery, ACAD wildlife biologist. Witt (1997) Reports this species in areas adjacent to the park. Russell (1984?) There is one land record, a bird which spent 2 days at the mouth of Northeast Harbor, on 14-15 July 1970 (W. Townsend). Bond (19??) Summer visitant on MDI; Found well out at sea.
