Fabre, 2007: See Observation linked to Liochlorophis vernalis./ook and Pinnock, 1989:At Jamaica Bay Wildlife Rrefuge,introduced by NPS 1981-1983 with animals from Suffolk, Long Island./Cook and Zuzworsky, 2000- From 1981-1986, 17 juveniles and 64 adults were released at Ruler's Bar Hassock in Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. Through 1999, twelve offspring were noted. Cook, 2002: Summary status through 1999 of restoration efforts at GATE-Probably established at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge and status uncertain at FBF./ Cook, 2005: present at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge and FBF/LF, 2005:Observation evidence also notes this species in North Grove at Breezy Point./; Data Source: Cook, 2005
