Park Species Detail: Hill, 1986: Native. Perennial Herb. July-Oct. Fresh marsh and bogs, according to Higgins. Rare, considered frequent along coast by Brown & Brown (1984), but considered very rare by the MNHP. Not seen in 1984. One Higgins specimen from MD was found at MARY "rare, 8/25/67", no specific location. MD? & VA?/, Park Species Data Source: Hill, 1986
