Notes
Park Species Detail: Hill, 1986: Native. Annual herb. Flowers white to cream-green; root with wintergreen aroma. June-Sept. Disturbed sands, shrub succession. Apparently salt tolerant, found near upper portion of salt marsh. Rare on Assateague, inconspicuous as well, seen only at High Winds cabin. See Vegetation Mapping Report. Collected at North Beach by Higgins, 5/23/66 (Higgins #256). MD only? Slides B46-1./
