Notes
Park Species Detail: Kartesz calls this plant R. acerifolia T.J. Howell, but Hitchcock (Vol.3) notes there is also an R. acerifolia Coch. We are reluctant to use the kartesz name until the authorities are cleared up., Park Species Data Source: Steve Acker, Olympic National Park plant ecologist, Accepted Detail: Flora OP notes that Kartesz synonymizes this taxon to R. acerifolia but also notes that Vasc. Pls. PNW indicates uncertainty about appropriate taxonomic authority, and so maintains R. howellii.
