Notes
Distribution: Darsie and Ward (2005): Mexico; Eastern, Central United States,
Canada. GSMNP: North Carolina, Tennessee.
Egg: Laid in rafts on the water surface; cannot survive desiccation.
Larva and pupa: Ditches, woodland pools, man-made containers, pools in streams.
Adult: Spring and early summer.
