Park Species Detail: Russell (1984?) Uncommon fall migrant. Record of 1 at Sand Beach Pool on 14 August 1969 (R. Smart), maximum count of 10 in Bass Harbor on 31 October 1957 (W. Mann). The Bar Harbor Bar, Sand Beach Pool, Bass Harbor Marsh, and the Trenton Bridge Flats are good places to see this species. Bond (19??) rare transient (only 1 record.)
