Park Species Detail: Scope = General Scope; Sample Code = MT06; Determiner = 71744937; Determination Date = 2004; Record Notes = genitalia in vial; Preservation Method = Pinned; Watershed Name = Dudley Creek; Label = ATBI Plot, Indian Gap; Place Name = Indian Gap; Site Directions = Park at Indian Gap along Clingmans Dome Road. The Road Prong Trailhead and the Appalachian Trail intersect at the Parking Area for Indian Gap. Follow the A.T. Northeast about 0.5 mile until you reach the Special Protection Exclosure. The ATBI Plot is inside the exclosure. The exclosure is approximately 2 hectares in size. There is a Long Term Monitoring Plot 25 meters at 84 degrees from the first sign near the entrance to the exclosure.
