Primarily distributed in the southern half of DEVA, and greatest densities are in Greenwater Valley and valleys west of Owlshead Mountains (Boland and Goodlett 1997). Densitity guesstimates ranged from 20-50 per square mile (Boland and Goodlett 1997).
