Park Species Detail: Palmer 1966 p.18 states, "Artemisia arbuscula Nutt. (A. nova Nels.) [both synonyms of this taxon in SW Utah]: abundant on the west slope [of Horse Ranch Mountain] and common in other open areas.", a voucher with flowers of this taxon is needed from the vicinity of the stockponds on Horse Ranch Mountain, J.
