In legacy NPSpecies Pest value was No with comment: Ted Benson stated that FOLA has a large population of carp which may cause reductions in other species. The carp seem to retreat to the Laramie River whose flow is fairly constant when they reduce the flow in the North Platte as is frequently the case. During much of the year the Laramie has greater flow than the North Platte.
