Park Species Detail: Lam, 1985:Voucher specimens collected during this survey (May, 1984-May, 1985) and stored at George Mason University herbarium./Lam, 1985: Asimina triloba, Ophioglossum vulgatum and Cornus amomum were associated with the pond near the public beach, the largest of the three ponds in the park,. This pond was characterized by a large population of floating duckweed. Although no specimen was made of this species, I believe it was Lemna perpusilla., Park Species Data Source: Lam, 1985
