Occurrence Notes
Van Denburgh (1922) reported specimen from Giant Forest which appears to be unusual habitat. Conversations with Harold Basey suggest that one or more specimens were seen within the park foothills, but they may have been transported into the park in local fill. Specimens have been seen in Three Rivers near the confluence of the North Fork Kaweah with the Main Stem of the Kaweah River. Similar habitat exists within the park.; Data Source: Harold Werner, personal knowledge
