Notes
Park Species Detail: Morphologically distinct salt marsh populations at Limantour Spit are referred to as var. juncoides. Doreen Smith, CNPS Marin Chapter, recognizes bth P. m. var. californica and var. juncoides. Jepson states these are both synonyms for P. maritima.
