Occurrence Notes
A fairly common summer resident of forested areas with a shrubby deciduous component (Wise-Gervais 2005i). It is an uncommon spring and fall migrant in forested areas on both rims, and an uncommon spring migrant along the Colorado River. Spring migrants may continue through at least 21 May. Post-breeding wanderers appear as early as 8 Jul, but most fall migrants do not begin to arrive until mid-August. Data source: Gatlin, BP. 2011.
