Park Species Detail: Found in Desor, Forbes, Harvey, Hatchet, and John Lakes (Kallemeyn 2000). Synonym Semotilus margarita (Scott and Crossman 1985). Noted as Semotilus margarita koelz (Harvey Lake pearl dace) and Semotilus margarita nachtriebi (Northern pearl dace) by Johnsson, Shelton, and Jordan 1982. Semotilus margarita nachtriebi is one of those "single-lake" subsp., named by Hubbs and Lagler 1949, that warrants furthur taxonomic study before a final conclusion can be made (T.
