Notes
Ambystoma mavortium nebulosum (Arizona Tiger Salamander) is a rare species of the plateau prairie and rim riparian habitats. Sighting records indicate a presence in the Transition Life Zone of the South Rim, occurring in marshes and water tanks. 25 specimen vouchers taken from within the park between 1928-1962, most from the North Rim.
