Notes
This species is found throughout the southeastern United States and may become abundant locally. It is also found in eastern Europe. It lives on tree trunks and branches, where it spins small, individual webs. Occasionally it spreads to rock outcrops. It is parthenogenetic. It was rare in the ATBI survey (six individuals).
