Notes
This species is found in eastern Canada and throughout the eastern United States. In most of this range it is parthenogenetic, but males are regular around the Gulf coast from Texas to Florida and up the Atlantic coast to Hatteras Island, North Carolina, and also in the southern Appalachians (hence in GSMNP) and in a small area from southern Missouri south into northern Arkansas. It was infrequent in the ATBI survey.
