Notes
Artemisiospiza belli is sufficient for now to get the species on park lists. TUSK however most likely has Artemisiospiza belli canescens, "Mojave Bell's" or "Saltbush Sparrow". The common name is likely confusing and it is best to refer to this subspecies that has a very limited breeding range as "canescens."
