Notes
Park Species Detail: Lupinus microcarpus var. scopulorum was formerly believed to be an endemic subspecies of northern Puget Sound only, some experts believe this taxon to in fact be L. densiflorus, a California species, also reported from the Victoria area. The current nomenclature may be wrong? ITIS has no exact match for var. scop, only for ssp. scop The ssp. scop has a common name that describes white flowers when in fact the flowers are yellow., Park Species Data Source: Rochefort, SAJH Plant Inventory - 2001-02
