Notes
Park Species Detail: Note: at one time, there was a voucher listed in ARCH ANCS+ (Acc# ARCH 00013, Cat# 905) for 'Bufo woodhousei', which was thrown out due to decomposition. The notes accompanying that voucher said, "Transferred to interpretation 21 Feb 1984. Adult over 4 inches in snout-vent length; cranial crest prominent, with interorbital portions parallel or nearly so; parotoid glands elongate, about 1 1/2 times length of upper eyelid, divergently posteriorly, relatively smooth to touch; interparotoid space about twice width of gland; no enlarged gland on hind legs or membranous flap of skin on tarsus as in western toad. Identified by Olsen, Mel. Common name reported as Wooodhouse's toad.", Park Species Data Source: Platenberg and Graham, 2003 Bibkey #548504
