12/16/25 TE: Two varieties exist in park for Carex stipata, and C. stipata var. stipata is the most common one. Therefore the former parent holding of C. stipata is added as a synonym here. A second holding for C. stipata var. maxima has also been added. Taxonomy follows Weakley 2024.
