Park Species Detail: Checklist information (abundance, nativity) updated 4/9/03 by professional judgement of Bruce Connery, ACAD wildlife biologist. Witt (1997) reports this species in areas adjacent to the park. Russell (1984?) One record, a bird found dead after Hurrican Edna, September 1954 (now in Acadia National Park collection).
