Abundance Notes
Spring=common; Summer=unknown; Early Fall=common; Late Fall=uncommon; Data Source: Mitra, S. and Putnam, J., 1999 Although breeding confirmation validates the presence of this species during summer, relative summer abundance is unavailable as of 09/2004. Breeding confirmation for this species within the park is in an atlas block that includes part of the William Floyd Estate. The checklist used as the source for relative abundance does not indicate any summer abundance for this species. It appears the checklist is for the barrier island only and therefore does not reflect the relative abundances for the William Floyd Estate.
