An uncommon winter resident in mainstem and tributary riparian habitats throughout the region. There is one record from the rim: one was at Grand Canyon Village on 30 Oct 1944 (Harold C. Bryant). (Troglodytes pacificus) Pacific Wren, formerly lumped as a single species with Winter Wren, is an uncommon winter resident in mainstem and tributary riparian habitats throughout the region. There is one record from the rim: one was at Grand Canyon Village on 30 Oct 1944 (Harold C. Bryant).
