A casual winter visitor along the Colorado River. The six records from along the river are: one at Lees Ferry on 9 Dec 2000 (Charles T. LaRue, Gerry Nealon), one at RM 5.8 on 17 Dec 1999 (Charles T. LaRue, Catherine A. Bland), one at Lees Ferry on 1 Jan 1998 (John R. Spence), an immature there on 15 Jan 1997 (Charles T. LaRue), one near RM 50 on 18 Jan 1976 (S. Vanderwall), and one found dead at Lees Ferry on 1 Feb 2000 (Catherine A. Bland). The only record away from the river is of one at Grand Canyon Village on 29 Oct 1999 (Charles T. LaRue).
