Park Species Detail: Witt (1997) reports this species in areas adjacent to the park. Russell (1984?) Common fall migrant. Bond (1969) transient, often seen in summer on MDI. Palmer (1949) Rare in spring on MDI. Bond (19??) Transient, most numerous in late summer and early fall. Sullivan (1937): Transient, rare in spring, abundant in fall.
